MOVE-IN COSTS:
- Application Fee: $45 per adult (non-refundable)
- Security Deposit: Equal to one month’s rent (Due within 24–48 hours of approval)
- First Month’s Rent: Due on move-in day (Prorated rent for a mid-month move-in will be applied to the second month’s rent)
